Carmen has watched my ESA cat a couple times now and has done an amazing job with her! Freyja is she’ always relaxed and happy when she comes home and I enjoy being able to see her on Instagram a few times while she’s away from me! Carmen always makes sure she understands our needs so she can meet expectations and isn’t afraid to ask questions if she doesn’t understand something. Thanks Carmen!
